Another year, another nomination. Duncan Renewables to return to the Renewables Awards!

The shortlists have been announced and for the third year in a row, Duncan Renewables have been nominated at the annual Energy Efficiency and Renewables Awards!

Awarded both Commercial Installer of the Year 2013 and Biomass Installer of the Year 2013 at last year’s awards, 2014 is the year which recognises our work with solar thermal. Celebrating the very best in industry, Duncan Renewables are hoping to add to an ever-increasing collection of accolades with the award for Solar Thermal Installer of the Year 2014.

An annual highlight in the renewable energy industry’s calendar, our team will no doubt be in keen anticipation of the results at the awards ceremony on Friday 26th September, held in London’s Kensington Roof Gardens. As seasoned veterans of the highly prestigious Energy Efficiency and Renewables Awards, all eyes are sure to be on Duncan Renewables as we defend our award-winning reputation.

Our recent solar thermal work includes a 10 panel 23.2 m² flat plate hot water system for a series of luxury holiday cottages in the North Yorkshire Moors and domestic installations in North Milford and Tadcaster. With such an impressive portfolio of case studies from both commercial and domestic customers testament to our expertise in Solar Thermal, Duncan Renewables are proud to have been nominated for one of highest achievable accolades within the renewable energy industry.

Whilst we dream of our third Energy Efficiency and Renewables award, walking under ladders and black cats may have to be strictly prohibited whilst the possession of horseshoes and four-leaf clovers in the Duncan Renewables’ office will be strongly encouraged.

With the countdown to the Energy Efficiency and Renewables Awards having officially begun, you can keep up with all of the build-up excitement on our Twitter and Facebook pages or with the show’s official Twitter handle.
