Duncan Renewables has walked away with TWO awards at the prestigious Energy Efficiency and Renewables Awards held at the Ricoh Centre in Coventry. The National awards, sponsored by Natwest and presented by Nick Hewar – Lord Sugar’s right-hand man on The Apprentice – are seen as the “Oscars” of the renewables industry.
Duncan Renewables, the only double winners of the evening, were voted Biomass Installer of the Year and also Commercial Installer of the Year. The panel of judges comprised a range of industry experts who sifted through hundreds of entries to identify those companies that were leaders in the fast growing renewables industry.
The award for Biomass Installer of the Year was particularly significant for us. Biomass has been the dominant technology in the renewable heat market and therefore an area of intense competition. Mark Duncan commented “What makes our business stand out is the quality of our people. Many of our large team of plumbing and heating engineers have been with us for many years and their experience ensures we deliver the highest quality of service. The depth of our current project pipeline and now the award wins indicate that we are very much getting things right.”
A good night was had by the Duncan Renewables Team at the Ceremony and the Awards are now proudly displayed in our Showroom.
