Duncan Renewables at the Great Yorkshire Show
Don’t miss Duncan Renewables this year at the Great Yorkshire Show from Tuesday 9th -Thursday 11th July. We will be exhibiting a range of renewable technologies including a biomass boiler and biofuels, a solar photovoltaic roof install as well as a solar thermal collector system. Our renewables team will be on hand to demonstrate each technology and answer any of your technical questions.
Throughout the Show, our team will be offering guided tours of a functioning
100kW Guntamatic Biomass boiler, which we installed at the Harrogate Squash and Fitness Centre in 2012, located on the Showground itself.
Alongside Duncan Renewables, sustainable energy crop suppliers Terravesta will also be available on the stand to discuss and answer questions about their innovative ‘grower fuel loop’ scheme for any farmers looking to diversify their land use and promote the growth of sustainable fuels. This year’s show will be powered by the 245kW roof mounted solar photovoltaic system installed by Duncan Renewables in 2012 comprising 980 × 250W Suntech Solar Modules providing the showground with an annual output of 203,473kWh units a year.
Duncan Renewables have also recently been shortlisted for the prestigious Renewable Awards for the second year in a row! This year we have been shortlisted for Biomass Installer of the Year and also Commercial Installer of the Year.
